Intermediation of asset management strategies
BAP Capital GmbH intermediates its asset management strategies, which are launched and administered exclusively via WealthKonzept AG. WealthKonzept AG holds a license from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) pursuant to Section 15 (1) WpIG, which authorizes it to provide, as investment services, investment brokerage pursuant to Section 2 (2) No. 3 WpIG, investment advice pursuant to Section 2 (2) No. 4 WpIG, contract brokerage pursuant to Section 2 (2) No. 5 WpIG, and financial portfolio management pursuant to Section 2 (2) No. 9 WpIG.
Since the entry into force of the Investment Firm Act (WpIG) on 26/06/2021, the authorization to provide the above-mentioned financial services has been based on the provisions of Section 15 (1) in conjunction with Section 2 (2) Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 9 WpIG.
Shareholdings
WealthKonzept AG is held 50% each by Süddeutsche Family Office AG (SDF) and FondsKonzept AG. There are no shareholdings by capital management companies or insurance companies in WealthKonzept AG, and it neither directly nor indirectly holds more than ten percent of the voting rights or the capital of a capital management company or an insurance company.
